Tournament Package

Thank you for your interest in the Cheyenne Shadows Golf Club as a possible host for your golf outing.  We have grown to one of the finest facilities in the state, with a renewed goal of being the area leader in special events.

What is an outing and why Cheyenne Shadows?

An outing must have at least 40 players and may be booked anytime in advance.  Early bookings (by Jan. 31^st) are afforded a 10% discount on greens and cart fees.  We are required to ensure a certain amount of accessibility for regular play.  However, we are allowed numerous events per year and they are awarded on a first-come first-serve basis.

May we have a Shotgun start?

Many times it is desirable for an event to start and finish at about the same time thus, a shotgun starts work best.  We have restrictions due to maintenance of the course, leagues, other outings, weather, etc., but we will do our best to accommodate your event.  To reserve the entire course, a minimum of 120 players must be guaranteed by the group representative.

Food and Tournament Packages!

Our facilities offer unique and customizable outing packages that can include food and beverages.  We work hand in hand with Mulligan’s Grill to provide first class food and facilities to host golf tournaments, Hail and Farewells, luncheons, and any other event you might have. 

For your tournament, food and beverages are available before, during, and after your event.  We have a breakfast option for morning tournaments and sack lunches for the afternoon starts.  Beverage carts are made available while you’re on the course and we have catering options for once the tournament is finished.  Please remember that outside beverages are not allowed but you may talk to the tournament coordinator about options if having a beverage sponsor.  While playing at Cheyenne Shadows Golf Club, you will receive the ultimate value and variety for your dollar!
