Rental Policies:

Ø  Must be 18 years of age with a valid military ID.

Ø  Reservations must be paid for at the time the reservation is made.

Ø  Reservations are on a first come first serve basis, and can be made up to 30 days in advance.

o   It is highly recommended that you make advance reservations for boats, campers, dunk tanks, BBQ grills, pig roasters, and utility trailers as early as possible, because of the high demand for these items.

Ø  There is a minimum one day rental charge on all items rented.

o   A one day rental is picking up between 9:00 and 17:15 on first day of rental and returning between 8:30 and 14:00 on the following day.

o   Week rentals are 7 consecutive returning the 7^th day by 14:00.

o   Weekend rentals are picking up Friday returning Tuesday by 14:00.

Ø  Cancellations less than 48 hours or 2 business days prior to pick up date and failure to pick up will not be refunded. 

Ø  If a costumer is unable to use equipment due to weather or other circumstances, the ERC is not liable for fess and a refund will not be issued

Ø Late charges will be added when equipment is returned after the due date and time in the amount of the daily rental fee for each day past due. All rental items are due back by 14:00 on return date stated on contract.

Ø  All equipment must be returned in its pre-rental condition.

o   Thoroughly inspect each item before leaving the Equipment Checkout Center. If the condition of the equipment does not meet your satisfaction, simply ask a member of the ODR Equipment Checkout Center to replace it with a like item or have the check list indicate any damages to equipment. It will be assumed that all items rented are undamaged and in serviceable condition unless indicated on the check list. Damage or loss of any item will be charged against the user for the cost to repair or replace the item.

o   A cleaning fee will be charged if equipment is returned dirty.
