Youth and Teen Sponsorship helps relocated youth/teens to become familiar with their new home at Fort Carson and assists school aged children and teens when moving to a new Post.

Our School Age Services and Youth Center are always looking for new sponsors. To participate please complete the online request for youth sponsor form and email it, or print the completed form and fax to 719-524-0194.  Or, if you'd like, you can print out the form and mail it to our Child, Youth & School Services CLEOS Office at Bldg 1518, Prussman, Fort Carson, CO 80913.
