Edison is located approximately 40 miles east of Colorado Springs along Highway 24.  Edison schools are currently housed in a one main building but will be opening a new elementary school in the next few years.  The district has a four-day school week, 152 days of school year, and small class sizes that are all considered attributes by parents, students and employees.  The Edison community “established a safe, flexible learning environment for students to become life-long learners.  Through high academic standards and strong citizens we share in the development of well-rounded individuals who are prepared to meet the challenges of a dynamic world”.
